- ULTRA CLEAR RESIN: Sun Cure Polyester Repair Kit contains ultra-clear, non-yellowing Silmar brand 250A UV Polyester Sanding Resin, which is the industry standard for polyester surfboard construction. Repair your board with the same resin it was made from. Sanding Resin is typically used for surfboard hot-coats and is widely popular for use with ding repairs.
- SUNCURE POLYESTER REPAIR KIT: Sun Cure UV cure resin, is now the standard for most small to medium, polyester Ding repairs when UV light is present and fiberglass cloth is needed.
- CURES WITH UV: Sun Cure Polyester Fiberglass Repair Kit is a fast method for closing small cracks in your surfboard. Just apply the solution in the shade, and once the repair is done expose the repair to sun for cure in minutes.
- CURING TIME: Gel 15 seconds, Full Cure: 4 to 6 minutes. Partial Sun: Gel 25 sec. Full cure 6 to 8 minutes. Light overcast: Gel 45 seconds, Full cure 15 min.
- THE CONTENTS: The Sun Cure Polyester Repair Kit includes 2oz Sun Cure Resin, 15cm x 34cm Fiberglass Cloth patch, Sanding Pad (2 grade - Smooth 120 grit / Rough 80 grit), 1 Cup & 3 Mixing Sticks (Cup is used for mixing chopped cloth to resin to make a filler for small dings), 1 Cover Sheet and tape stickers - (Used to tape over small filler repairs for smooth surface, after 5 minutes sun exposure) MADE IN THE USA
